Michel Coulbois introduces Fabien as the heir to seven generations of winemakers on this site. And, in a stroke of luck, Fabien, who is a true draughtsman, can display drawings of his ancestors, their portraits rendered from old photographs! A striking continuity which goes back through drawing up to the beginnings of photography … But the specialization of the domaine in wine is more recent, dating back to the 1970s. As in the past, there are only two people at the domaine, and a domestic clientele garnered over the course of wine fair participation. In short, this is a demanding business.
