He is as lively as Sauvignon, has a young hound’s impatience, but is as thorough as a surveyor. And generous. He wanted to have his own business, and he got there, piece by piece, like a jigsaw puzzle. He has acreage in each of the four sectors of Pouilly, and in Sancerre, his paternal grandmother’s terroir of origin. He is discovering new horizons, just as he discovered nature, the open road, and the sea. Want to do, able to do, know how to do: these are the key words he lives by. He risks and dares.
