Catherine Corbeau-Mellot found herself in sole charge of the enterprise in 2005. When Pouilly is mentioned, the first thing that comes to Catherine’s mind is “Tronsec”, the original plot of her Pouilly property. Then, she thinks export: her wish to bring something to people’s lives and to share our culture with the whole world. She goes on to speak of writer Jacques Salomé’s reference to the exchange between “the outstretched hand and the grasped hand” to illustrate, with restraint, what she feels.
