He is a watchful guardian of the methods that have stood the test of time, and is a transmitter of know-how. His old vines bear witness to his skills. Subject to love at first sight, he has a strong affection for Bruges and the Belgians, for London and the English - both big fans of Pouilly Fumé – and English soccer matches. When he discovered New York, love at first sight again opened the market to him. But he remains faithful to his soccer friends, with whom he now plays tennis!
